In order to proceed to registration you must agree to the warranty below.

I warrant that I will observe the provisions of the Highway Code and the rules and instructions issued by the organiser.

I declare that I am fit to take part in this event and take part entirely at my own risk and without liability on the part of the organiser for any injury, loss or damage howsoever caused to me or my property as a result of my participation in this event whether in contract, tort negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise, except to the extent that such liability may not be so excluded under applicable laws.

I acknowledge that the organisers have recommended I wear a cycle helmet.

This warranty, declaration and acknowledgement are made on my own behalf and on behalf of all the riders included in this registration. I confirm that I am authorised by them to register their participation in this event in accordance with the organiser’s terms and conditions.
